If laryngeal opening is not visible, make sure GSV200.DBL is in correct position providing space for front incisors. Then release the movable handle from the locking position by pushing downward on the ratchet spring bar to unlock and push the movable handle inward to the desired opening position. Then do direct visual or indirect through video monitor intubation.
